CUSTOM SERVICE AGREEMENT

Between Lux Legacies LLC (“Provider”) and Client (“You”)

1. SCOPE OF WORK

Provider agrees to deliver the digital services and/or assets as described at the time of purchase. This includes instant-access voice modules.

2. PAYMENT TERMS

• All payments are due in full at time of purchase.

• All sales are final. No refunds, no exceptions.

• By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that digital goods are non-returnable.

3. DELIVERY

Access to digital content (voice modules, PDFs, kits, etc.) is granted instantly upon purchase.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Redistribution or resale of any digital materials is strictly prohibited.

5. RESULTS + RESPONSIBILITY

• Provider makes no guarantees of income, reach, or virality. Your results are dependent on your implementation and consistency.

• Lux Legacies LLC is not liable for third-party platform issues, delays, or algorithm changes.

6. LEGAL

• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Lux Legacies LLC is registered.

• Any disputes will be handled in accordance with local regulations and through binding arbitration if necessary.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms above. This is a sovereign agreement between two parties devoted to the art of legacy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE

All content, voice modules, PDFs, brand frameworks, visuals, templates, and proprietary methods provided by Lux Legacies LLC are protected under United States copyright law and international intellectual property law.

You may not:

• Copy, duplicate, distribute, or share any materials with others

• Resell, sublicense, or repurpose any content for commercial use

• Upload or host materials on public/shared platforms

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any material is strictly prohibited and punishable by law. Violators will be pursued to the fullest extent allowable.
