 Legacy Vision Call Service Agreement

 

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

 

Service Provider: Marjoriella (“Coach”)

Client: [Name entered at booking]

 

1. Purpose of Agreement

The Client has enrolled in a 30-minute private Vision Call with the Coach. The intention of this call is to provide an energetic initiation, mentorship insight, and brand alignment guidance.

 

2. Payment & Scheduling

  • The Vision Call fee is $111 USD, paid in full at the time of booking.

  • The call will be scheduled via the booking link provided upon payment.

  • All sales are final; no refunds will be issued.

 

3. Rescheduling & Missed Calls

  • The Client may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed calls or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) are considered forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

4. Nature of Services

  • The Vision Call is an exploratory session, not a guarantee of future mentorship acceptance.

  • The Coach does not provide medical, legal, or financial advice. The session is for educational and mentoring purposes only.

 

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all information shared during the session. The Coach may use anonymized insights for teaching, but no identifying details will be disclosed.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for their own decisions and results. The Coach is not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes following the call.

 

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

 

8. Agreement

By booking the Vision Call and submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
